Grayson Murphy

Meet Grayson Murphy, Grayson is a mountain runner, entrepreneur and an overall amazing woman. Grayson is currently splitting time between Salt Lake City, UT and Bozeman, MT where she is training for the Olympic Trials, running at high altitude and enjoying some of the most beautiful terrain on earth.

At only 25 years old, Grayson already has an impressive list of athletic ac-complishments. She was the 2019 World Mountain Running Champ, US Mountain Running Champ and XTERRA Trail Run World Champion. In college, she was a 5x All-American at the University of Utah and most re-cently, placed 6th at the USATF 15k and Road Mile Championships and soon to be competing in the Olympic Trials in the Steeplechase, to name a few.

To say Grayson is a “go-getter” is an understatement. On top of a very busy training schedule, family, friends, traveling and competing, she has found the time to create a brand of her own. Grayson designs and sells her own training logs and planners. Her intent with these journals is to in-spire athletes of all types to set goals, accomplish them, and stay organized in sport and in life. Grayson also works with Voice In Sport which is an online platform for female athletes to connect with professionals in their sport for mentorship.

When asked how she’d like to inspire younger generations of athletes, Grayson said, “I feel like I try to inspire female athletes by leading by example and trying new things and being unconventional. I also try to be open and vulnerable on social media about what being in the sport looks like, both good and bad but spreading positivity and strength in many forms.”

Make sure to follow Grayson on Instagram @racin_grayson as she paves her way competing, building her brands and inspiring female athletes to be better, stronger versions of themselves. We look forward to watching Grayson run for Team USA in Thailand this coming November to defend her World Championship Title.
